Post Consultation email

Following on from your consultation with our practitioner, here are the next steps that are currently occurring. It is our intention to keep you as informed and updated as possible. 

1. Your practitioner has created/updated your treatment plan.

2. If necessary, an application to the TGA has being submitted.

3. Your treatment plan will be sent to the team at MOCA Health to generate an invoice for your medications for you.

4. Very shortly you will receive an email from the team at MOCA Health with your invoice for the medications prescribed.

5. Your will receive an email with your titration guide (medication dosage), and any possible side effects and how to manage them. If you have been prescribed more than one medication, then you will receive multiple titration guide emails,  one email for each medication prescribed. Please keep this important information handy. 

Please allow 7 to 10 days for your medication to be dispensed and shipped to you from the date of payment of your invoice.
