Our administration team plays an important role in supporting:
patient communication
practitioner coordination
prescription workflow management
pharmacy liaison
repeat prescription administration
operational systems development
and healthcare governance processes.
Administration and support team members assist in helping maintain efficient and organised operational systems that support both patients and practitioners throughout the healthcare journey.
Depending on the role and level of experience, responsibilities may include:
patient support and communication
appointment coordination
practitioner administration support
repeat prescription coordination
pharmacy communication
Halaxy workflow administration
patient record management
document and workflow preparation
formulary and operational support
internal systems and SOP development support.
We are interested in hearing from individuals who are:
organised and detail-oriented
comfortable working within healthcare administration environments
professional in patient communication
capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously
adaptable and solution-focused
interested in operational systems and process improvement
able to work independently within structured systems.
Previous experience in:
healthcare administration
telehealth coordination
pharmacy support
medical reception
clinical administration
or healthcare workflow management
is highly regarded but not essential for all support roles.
